2008 Mosler MT900 GTR XX

Mosler celebrates its 20th anniversary with its new developed a special model called the MT900 GTR XX that will be available only in Europe. Currently MT900 GTR XX is undergoing dynamic testing at the Homestead Raceway in Miami Florida. The GTR XX is specially constructed with advanced composite carbon fiber and Kevlar which makes the car weights at 1102 kg (2429 lbs).
The GTR XX also fitted with MOVIT ceramic brakes, KW suspension system, Recaro carbon fiber seats, and a carbon fiber clutch. The use of lightweight materials Mosler Germany hopes to get the weight down to 1,050 - 1,060kg (2314 – 2336 lbs.) to boost the speed of the car. Suspension is state-of-the-art with chromoly double-wishbone upper and lower control arms, adjustable coil-over shocks and adjustable blade anti-roll bars, which help the MT900 GTR XX achieve 1.1g capability on street tires.
Power comes from an LS7 V8 Corvette V8 and 6 speed Getrag transaxle producing 620 horsepower. No performance specs has been reported yet, but for comparisson sake, the normal GTR slices the 100 km/h trap in 3.1 seconds and tops out at 340 km/h (211 mph). Price for this model has not been announced yet and sad thing is that The Mosler MT900 GTR XX will only be available in Europe.
