EDO Competition Modified Ferrari Enzo to 700 hp

Edo competition has tweaked a higher performance package for the ultimate racing car Ferrari Enzo. Engine power for the Ferrari Enzo has been increased to approximately 700bhp and 527 lb.-ft. of torque, thanks to the new exhaust headers similar to the ones found on the FXX, as well as high-flow catalytic converters, performance muffler, and a modified intake system with high-flow air filters.

The ECU has also been recalibrated for optimum performance. Additional upgrades include an adjustable sport suspension system, high-performance lightweight clutch, and a new transmission control unit that cuts shift times equal to the Ferrari FXX. Special lightweight wheels with 19×10-inch wheels in front and 20×13-inch wheels in the rear are also available with high performance Michelin tires sized 265/35 R19 and 335/30 R20, respectively. 2009 Pagani Zonda Cinque

The Pagani Zonda R is one of the most radical cars on the planet in terms of both performance and design. Pagani’s has unveiled their latest version of the Zonda, named the Cinque, is a street legal version of the race-only Zonda R. The Zonda Cinque will be powered by the same 7.3L V12 found in the Zonda R , although it has been detuned from 750 horsepower to 678 horsepower. The Cinque will also feature a full carbon fiber body,massive Brembo brakes, a six-speed sequential gearbox, and Pirelli PZero tires.

The Pagani Zonda Cinque can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph (100km/h) in a stunning 3.4 seconds and with a top speed of 350 km/h. Breaking system for the Cinque is equally as breathtaking, thanks to massive Brembo brake which takes just 2.1 seconds to haul the car down from 62 mph. Power will be put to the ground via a six-speed sequential gearbox and Pirelli PZero tires which sized 255/35-19 up front and 335/30-20 in the rear. A suspension crafted from magnesium and titanium and a 47/53 weight balance will help the supercar achieve 1.24 g on the skidpad. (more…)

Porsche has disclosed some photos of the next generation 911 model series. According to them, there will be four new 911 models, the 911 Carrera Coupe, 911 Carrera Cabriolet, 911 Carrera S Coupe, and 911 Carrera S Cabrioletgo on sale in September in North America. All models offer a higher level of performance with the new replacement of their new flat six engines displacing 3.6 and 3.8 liters respectively.

For the first time in Porsche sports car, engines utilize direct fuel injection (DFI) and can be equipped with the new optional 7-speed double-clutch gearbox Porsche-Doppelkupplung (PDK), racing inspired technology and a Porsche first. Giving those new features and technologies, they allows Porsche to once again boost performance of the 911, yet improve fuel efficiency by up to 13 percent as measured in the European driving cycle. 2009 Lancia Delta

Delta has unveiled their new next-generation of Lancia Delta two weeks ago and this car will be on show at the Geneva car show next month. The new Delta that will go on sale this June summer and will be offered from launch with two turbocharged petrol units, a 120 HP and 150 HP 1.4-liter TurboJet and a 1.6 litre 120 HP MultiJet turbodiesel (Euro 5). All engine units will be coupled to 6-speed transmission either comes in manual, semi-automatic or automatic.

Lancia will expand the Delta’s engine range with the addition of two diesel units, the 2.0 MultiJet with 165 HP and the 1.9 Twinturbo MultiJet with 190 HP along with the all-new 1.8 Di Turbojet petrol unit with 200 HP. More features will be revealed on press release on below. (more…)

BMW M5 G-Power Hurrican

One of the world’s fastest and most powerful street-legal BMW is tuned by G-Power team. G-Power tuning team has turned the BMW M5 a five-liter V10 engine with G-Power EVO II supercharging system that can delivers 730 bhp between 7,500 and 8,200 rpm while the peak torque of 700 Nm is reached at 7,200 rpm.

The BMW M5 G-Power Hurricane has a sprint time from rest to 100km/h (62 mph) of 4.2 sec thus beating its production counterpart by half a second. The Hurricance can speed up to 300 km/h (187 mph) barrier in less than 29.5 seconds and the maximum speeds it can achieve is 340 km/h (212 mph). (more…)

The 2008 Maserati Edo MC12 Corsa is an amazing race car. It is powered by a V12 6.0 liter engine that has a 755 hp / (555 kW) with power output at 8.000 rpm and 740 Nm (546 ft-lb) of torque at 5.500 rpm. Maserati Edo MC12 Corsa has a light weight of 2,529 lbs (1,150 kg) and this racing car was built to take part of the EDO Competition and Maserati took their necessary steps to make the Maserati edo MC12 Corsa road legal.

The independently adjustable compression and rebound damping permits truly individual suspension setups. The unique designed system, with its three different adjustments, allows for low-speed compression damping characteristics to be altered while the high-speed settings, having a strong influence on ride-quality, remain constant.

Kappa-based Breckland Beira V8 roadster

This month’s Motorexpo at London’s Canary Wharf saw the reveal of a new British-built roadster based around GM’s Kappa platform. The company has introduced the new Breckland Beira V8 soft-top roadster which is powered by a 400hp 6.0 LS2 V8 engine.

The Breckland Beira is built on General Motors’ Kappa platform, the same one that underpins the Pontiac Solstice and Saturn Sky roadsters, Weighing a bit over 3,000 lbs or 1,400kg. The Beira’s power to weight ratio guarantee the best performance, with the promise of sub-five seconds sprint from 0 to 62mph, cpupled with torque and a governed maximum speed of 155mph or 250 km/h. Breckland Beira is backed by a Tremec six-speed manual transmission, HiSpec braking hardware at all four corners and 18-inch or 19-inch wheels that are 9.5-inches wide in the rear and 8.5 up front. Volkswagen Scirocco GT24

Volkswagen revealed the official details about its new race-prepped Scirocco GT24. Scirocco GT24’s power comes from the same 2.0-liter TFSI turbo four engine that drove the race-prepped GTI to victory at the Ring last year. With this incredible power engine, it can pump out 242KW and maximum torque of 340Nm at 2,100 rpm.

Power is channeled to the front wheels through VW’s six-speed DSG dual clutch gearbox, identical to the transmission used in the road-going model. Dimensions for the racing version have grown slightly, with an extra 227mm in length for aero stability and 61mm in width to cover the 18-inch racing rims on a wide track which drops the ride height by 75mm.

The interior has been entirely stripped down and race-fitted with a full roll cage, Recaro racing seats with five-point harnesses and a competition steering wheel, electronic instrumentation and fire extinguisher, all adding up to a total weight reduction of 178kg from the interior.
